Senior Digital Account Manager

What We’re looking for.

Rascal is a digital-first agency that provides value to clients by connecting the dots between strategy, digital, and creative.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. 

You will be responsible for managing integrated accounts across digital channels, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. You’ll be commercially minded, with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a love of all things digital.

You will:

• Proactively manage multiple accounts, supporting Head of Client Services to create and implement client plans, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, delivering projects in line with agency processes.
• Establish and develop strong client relationships
• Lead creative briefing for retainer and project work, ensuring all work is in line with client requirements and objectives.
• Create and manage budgets for client work
• Work closely with the creative, strategy, social, and digital teams
• Support with the creation of performance reports for clients 
• Communicate key learnings and digital strategy effectively with clients 
• Contribute towards the strategy and planning for clients
• Assist with new business opportunities and contributions to pitches  

Key skills and experience

• Five years’ relevant agency experience 
• Experience managing multiple, integrated or digital accounts and projects
• Experience of working with colleagues across multiple teams and disciplines
• A solid understanding of the digital marketing mix, including but not limited to: social media, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, digital PR and SEO.
• Solid competence preparing quotes and proposals
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent email and digital comms etiquette – always striving to be on point, organised, clear and concise

Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum
